Crash errors while im playing PT2

I've received 3 kinds of crash errors here while i'm playing; the most popular one happens everytime i teleport to other town

PT2 Build pt2-EurBuild-081224-a (1.2.7 )

OS: Windows NT 6.2 (Build: 9200)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2305 MHz with 2047MB RAM
