Title: Cannot reset password

Hi,
I have forgotten my account password, and trying to reset it. However, when I go to the password reset screen, enter my email, and get a confirmation("Thank you! Your account information will be sent to your registered email address momentarily.") the email is never sent, so I cannot reset my password.

What should I do?

We have understanding of this problem and we are already working on a solution in order to sanction and fix this flaw.

So you can recover your password as soon as possible.

We know when everything was stabilized.

I have not received a password reset yet, neither by forum or email, even though my ticket was flagged as resolved.

There are certain prevented if your mail is hotmail.

If so, ask for a support by ticket of support
